Event Details
Life Stress Reduction Training & Equine Assisted Personal Empowerment
This event includes 24 hours of professional skills training in the Life Stress Reduction techniques and session protocol of Applied Metapsychology and 8 hours of equine assisted personal growth work. This is a hands on experience designed to be personally empowering and, at the same time, it provides effective tools for helping others.
Life Stress Reduction (LSR) & Case Planning Workshop is a complete package of training, which includes easy to learn, practical, highly effective techniques and a unique session protocol. LSR is used to resolve unwanted conditions that are negatively affecting any and all parts of a person’s life (low self esteem, relationships on the rocks, job problems, etc). Live demonstrations and an opportunity for students to try out the techniques are part of this 4-day training.
The LSR workshop includes twenty-nine techniques, giving the LSR facilitator a variety of tools to help individuals resolve what’s troubling them. When a person interprets the world in a certain way, that is the way the world becomes – for him/her. Cleaning up one’s mental environment brings alertness of mind, clarity of thought and a greater sense of self. Upon completion of this training, LSR facilitators have tools to help others improve the quality of their lives like never before. Session by session, you can expect to see the true spirit re-awakening. 24 continuing education credits for this part of the training.

Looking At Life With Equine Assistance - Horse Power! Horses have been our teachers for centuries. They teach us to be honest, to listen, and to be true to ourselves. Now we call upon their knowledge to assist us in embracing current life issues. Horses can teach us much about finding our own empowerment. All we need do is watch, listen, touch and notice the assumptions we make. Horses will guide us in how to be in touch with our emotions, how to be aware of our thoughts and how to develop the ability to find the power within us. This workshop is for those seeking a healthier level of living, developing a stronger self esteem, finding stronger self confidence and/or learning assertiveness skills. 8 contact hour credits for this part of the training.
